Payment, Shipping & Returns



Payment is by credit or debit card only over a secure encrypted network via SquareSpace linked payment processors Stripe or PayPal. Using these sites may include the use of cookies. 

I do not accept checks or money orders or independent carriers. And no, no Western Union transfers.


Because I only list the actual items that are already made and ready to go, I generally ship within 1-3 business days of order. I ship via USPS with tracking and appropriate insurance as they are the least expensive. If you need it shipped via FedEx, UPS or DHL, you must contact me and arrange this ahead of time so you know the proper shipping charges. 

I pack pottery in as much reusable, recycled packaging as possible to reduce costs and the general waste stream. Pottery is packed in a combination of rigid cardboard, bubble wrap, newspaper and peanuts to ensure a snug fit and no movement in transit. This insures that the pottery will arrive intact. Broken items must have proper visual documentation in order to file a claim with the carrier including the original packaging. Contact me immediately upon receipt of the package if there is a breakage. There are no refunds due to breakage if you contact me after 7 days of delivery.


Contact me within 3 days via email for approval.

Ship back to me in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, include tracking number.

Items shipped to me after 7 days of delivery or not in the original packaging or received broken will not be fully refunded. Once received in good condition on my end, a full refund will be issued.

Exchanges only upon approval with 3 days of delivery.

Cancellations must be made prior to shipment notice. 


International Buyers:

International shipments to destinations outside the US are expensive for pottery. You must contact me ahead of order to make arrangements and so I'm able to calculate the complete shipping cost. BEWARE: Often the shipping charges are more than the cost of the pottery. 

Buyer is responsible for all customs, duties and import taxes. ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL. 

If your item is received broken, you must send me photos of the broken item in it's original packing. I cannot file a claim unless proper documentation is received. Refunds for international buyers due to breakage are for the cost of the pottery only and will exclude shipping charges. 

Please note: I can only track the package to the border of the destination country when using USPS International. From there, the buyer must contact their Customs and their country carrier for a new tracking number. If shipped via FedEx or UPS or DHL, they will provide a destination tracking but be aware, their costs sometimes are triple USPS international.
